We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We do not return or exchange unless it is a manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition or is damaged when delivered, in such case you may exchange the product. For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with supplied Tax Invoice.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 2 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you initiate exchange request at earliest within 2 days by contacting us through Phone/WhatsApp/E-mail.
Upon receiving your item for exchange we will inspect the item, if it complies with our standards stated above we will then process the order and dispatch the new item(s) within 7 working days. Standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occurs with your exchange, such as size or color being out of stock or item not passing inspection, we will immediately notify you by Phone/Email.
